MDF faced ProTech samples have been successfully tested to BSEN 1634: Part 1, the test was intended to improve the range of approvals for ProTech 30 and included larger glazed apertures, intumescent seal options ( Lorient & Pyroplex ) and grooved design faces, as the samples performed as expected (extremely well) these points are now covered.
The GA will be updated ASAP to include these additional approvals (news on that to follow).
Obviously we’re pleased (but not surprised) that ProTech, again, demonstrates such excellent levels of performance in the most demanding of test configurations.
